Marsyangdi Poultry Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 22 March 2010 under the Company Act 2006 with the objective of producing high-quality day-old commercial broiler chicks to support Nepal’s growing poultry industry. Since its establishment, the company has remained focused on maintaining strong biosecurity standards, operational efficiency, and consistent production quality.

The company owns and operates fully integrated parent stock farms located in Jeewanpur, Purkot, and Bhanu, Tanahun District, Nepal, spanning a total land area of approximately 820,000 square feet. All facilities are wholly company-owned and purpose-built to maintain strict biosecurity, controlled breeding conditions, and sustainable farm management practices. Marsyangdi’s breeder farms are designed to consistently produce high-quality hatching eggs, with strong emphasis on disease control, hygiene, and flock health. This ensures the production of day-old commercial broiler chicks with excellent uniformity, vitality, and overall chick quality. Breeder and parent stock birds are reared in modern, environmentally controlled housing systems, minimizing stress and reducing disease risk. The farms operate in accordance with high standards of animal welfare, ensuring optimal bird comfort, performance, and long-term productivity.

In addition to its parent stock farms, Marshyangdi Poultry Pvt. Ltd. operates a modern hatchery facility located in Anbu Khareni, Nepal. The hatchery covers an area of approximately 383,000 square feet and is designed to support large-scale, efficient chick production. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Petersime automated single-stage incubation systems, ensuring precise control over incubation parameters and consistent chick quality. The hatchery has an installed production capacity of up to 200,000 chicks per week. Currently, average production is approximately 85,000 chicks per week, providing significant capacity for future expansion and scalable growth as market demand increases.

With a current annual turnover in the lower nine-digit range, the company continues to strengthen its position in the domestic poultry sector.
