Marshyangdi Poultry Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 22 March 2010 under the Company Act 2006 with the objective of producing high-quality day-old commercial broiler chicks to support Nepal’s growing poultry industry. Since its establishment, the company has remained focused on maintaining strong biosecurity standards, operational efficiency, and consistent production quality.
The company owns and operates parent farms located in Jeevenpur and Bhanu, Nepal, covering a total land area of approximately 820,000 square feet. These facilities are fully company-owned and are developed to ensure controlled breeding environments and sustainable farm management practices.
In addition to its parent farms, Marshyangdi Poultry Pvt. Ltd. operates a modern hatchery facility situated in Ambh Khareni, Nepal. The hatchery spans an area of 383,000 square feet and is equipped to support large-scale chick production. The facility has an installed production capacity of 150,000 chicks per week; however, current production averages around 80,000 chicks per week, allowing room for future expansion and scalability.
With a current annual turnover in the lower nine-digit range, the company continues to strengthen its position in the domestic poultry sector. Through ongoing investment in infrastructure, technology, and skilled manpower, Marshyangdi Poultry Pvt. Ltd. aims to contribute to food security, employment generation, and the sustainable growth of Nepal’s poultry industry.
